ISSUE: When trying to access the online course system, users have reported the following error messages: RESOLUTION: This problem may occur if a user already has another open window (or browser tab) containing a GeorgiaVIEW Vista session. Do not open multiple browser windows while using Vista (this does not include pop-up windows which Vista may spawn). Some Vista users attempt to open multiple browser windows for convenience, but this strategy may cause one of the aforementioned error messages. Tune Your Browser Your browser settings will vary, depending on the browser you choose to use.
